How Can We Help
COATS offers a choice of two support plans. Both plans include all the free updates to COATS available from the website.
Plan A
Our primary support plan, Plan A, charges an annual fee per license and includes 35 hours per year of technical support. After those first 35 hours, additional support is billed by the quarter-hour. Plan A is included in all leasing plans.
Plan B
If you’ve purchased your COATS license(s), you could choose Plan B, which charges a smaller annual fee per license but doesn’t include any hours of technical support. Many of our purchasers start with Plan A then shift to Plan B after a couple of years. (Plan B is not available to customers who lease COATS.)
